With regard to our legal work relating to matters of Digital Law and TechLaw as well as matters of internationalisation through the use of web platforms, our main area of expertise has naturally shifted towards the protection of personal data, as a strategic link not only limited to matters of compliance. Our goal is, in fact, to offer companies 360-degree assistance, in order to enable them, with increased awareness, to face their business challenges, which are more and more characterised by multifaceted aspects.

  • Our client: s Korean limited liability company operating in the tyre and automotive sector, with a registered office in Italy and branches in Poland, Germany and Brazil.
    Task: Legal consultancy and assistance with a due diligence case of a target company. Our Law Firm was the team leader of a group of Italian lawyers with long-standing expertise in matters of Corporate, Environmental and Privacy Law, as well as Labour Law and Regulations.
    Task: Legal consultancy and assistance with the implementation of a project for the promotion of sports among young people, with a focus on matters of compliance with the Privacy Laws and Regulations and sensitive personal information protection, including personal information regarding minors.
    Task: Legal consultancy and assistance with matters of compliance to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and privacy auditing.

    Task: Legal aid and assistance in the opposition against an alleged unlawful treatment declaration of sensitive personal data (privacy law); a petition was filed with the Italian Privacy Authority.
