Task: Legal aid and assistance in relation to the project creation and outfitting of big buildings; drafting, amending and termination of commercial agreements and international tenders, as well as agreements for the supply of goods and services for large facilities; litigation both in Italy and abroad in relation to debt recovery (France, Germany, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Israel, etc.). - Our client: an Italian limited liability company operating in the sporting goods sector.
Task: Legal consultancy and assistance in the analysis and strategic planning of the national and global distribution networks, including drafting all the necessary national and international contracts and agreements (agency contracts, distribution contracts, general conditions of sale, general conditions of purchase, contracts to be concluded through the IT devices used by the company, etc.). - Our client: an internationally renowned Italian limited liability company, a designer and manufacturer operating in the contract furnishing sector.
Task: Legal aid and assistance in defining a well-structured, turn-key contract project for the construction of an important hotel in Saudi Arabia. - Our client: an international company, a market leader in the catering sector.
Task: Legal assistance in relation to the transfer of an Italian company’s shares and the sale of a cruise ship, management of technical aspects of pending time charter and bareboat charter agreements. - Our client: an Italian corporation, operating in the lighting sector.
Task: Legal consultancy and assistance in establishing a business relationship for the joint manufacture and global distribution of prototypes (a combination of light and sound) and assistance in relation to the preliminary phase of the negotiation, letters of intent and drafting of an international joint development agreement. - Our client: an Italian limited liability company, a renowned winery.
Task: Legal consultancy and assistance in planning and regulating the international distribution network; drafting a tailor-made contract for the distribution of a new product in Eastern Europe.
